Clean and fragrant room, will book again, worth the money

Great, the service is very ok, will visit again soon.

I extended my stay for an hour, the hotel said there was an additional charge of 40k, but when I went down to pay the room, they charged 100k. The hotel's name was Trinh but they transferred it to another service that was not correct in the app.

The room was not clean, the first customer to complain had to apologize but did not receive any apology. I checked in at 2am but the room was just cleaned, maybe it was almost 2:20am when I checked in but when I got there, the cleaning lady was still there, not finished cleaning yet. The room did not have slippers, if you need slippers you have to buy them in the lobby for 20k/pair or if you need an iron or dryer you also have to get them in the lobby and then return them at the end of the day, I mean I felt the service was poor ✨☺️

The room is clean, the owner is polite and cute. The rooms here are cleaned more thoughtfully than many other Song hotels I've stayed in. I will come back.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. However, the hotel did not provide detailed instructions on the check-in process, so guests had to wait in the lobby for a long time, which was very time-consuming, instead of guiding guests to room 1.16 to check in. The bathroom door sometimes closed and locked itself from the inside. And the apartment is high up, but at night the sound of crickets chirping is very loud, affecting the guests' sleep.

The room is perfect located on the 2nd floor. We can use the stairs when busy. Bed and sofa are super comfortable. Price matches the cleanliness.

The hostess is enthusiastic. I went during the week and check-in and check-out were very quick. I will come back next time. The TV in room 2.05 has a faulty screen so I can't watch it. I hope the host will adjust it.
