Điểm trừ: - toà nhà tổ chức lộn xộn, nồng nặc mùi keo thi công, vệ sinh nhếch nhác, thang máy có 5 cái trong khi 2x tầng và mỗi tầng khoảng 20 căn nên hôm nào cao điểm thì kẹt thang, hết chỗ gửi xe ở hầm nên xe đậu lúc nhúc quanh toà nhà mà không có bảo vệ an ninh - chủ căn hộ xem lại dịch vụ vệ sinh căn hộ, tôi tới là phải quét nhà lau nhà liền vì nhà có trẻ nhỏ mà căn hộ quá bụi và dơ, mạng nhệt bám ngay trên sofa bed. - wifi không xài được do nợ cước, tivi bị bể nên khỏi xài. Không có hướng dẫn công tắc bình nóng lạnh, tủ lạnh bị hôi, máy giặt không có nước/ bột giặt, điều hoà trung tâm phòng khách bị lỗi nên khỏi xài. Cửa kính lâu ngày không lau nên đục mờ. Nhìn chung căn hộ được đầu tư tốt mà dịch vụ vệ sinh kém quá, ngủ giường nệm cũng lo vì không biết đã được thay mới chưa. Ra khỏi căn hộ thì cảm giác như chui vô chung cư tái định cư vì bẩn, lộn xộn, đông đúc. Ở 1 lần thôi chứ lần sau không quay lại.

Answer if you forget, call Minh and I will give you the password at any time !!!. Since my group has 6 people, not 1-2 people, it is certain that someone in my group forgets the card in the room and I also mentioned this problem to Mr. Minh. But at dawn on Tuesday (June 13), we went out and forgot our room card in the previous room. At this time, I called Mr. Minh and a sister who also claimed to be the owner of the apartment many times with the number I contacted before but still did not pick up the phone. After many times, my friend used another phone number to call, but Minh picked up the phone??? and we had to wait almost 1 hour for another room card to arrive (around 3am), while everyone was very tired. At this time, Mr. Minh explained that the person in the middle was not the owner, so he had to wait for the owner to bring the room card, which is completely different from what Mr. Minh said at first. - On the morning of the 2nd day (June 12), I called him to inform Minh to move the apartment and was told that because the apartment should be cleaned by himself, I wonder if staying for 5-6 days would be like how ???. Because I only stayed for 2 nights, I was okie, then I asked to change towels and add toilet paper, but Minh replied that I had to wash my own bath because there was a washing machine in the apartment !!!!. I was really surprised to receive such a response from you. By the afternoon of the same day, when we returned to our room, the paper had not been added, and it took a long time for an older sister to bring it to us. After 2 nights of experience here, one thing is for sure, we will never come back or refer friends here, a service is too bad not like what I have seen in the review about this place.
