Staying for transit before continuing the journey from Sumatra to Jogja, while waiting for the arrival of the child via plane. Not far from the airport, providing a different experience. With a price worth it even without breakfast, complete kitchen / cooking equipment is available, a comfortable place and easy access to places to eat, drink coffee or shop for kitchen / dining needs.

Nice apartment, good service, suitable for families.

Location: 10/10 (very strategic area of Tokyo Riverside with places to eat and shop) Staff/Service Operations: 9/10 (friendly, initiative to offer another unit because the AC was leaking but the other unit was only ready at 19:00. Too late because the kids were already asleep) Customer Service: 8/10 (fast and very helpful. But the self check out procedure needs to be improved again, the tenant was asked to put the key in the Mailbox while it was not clear where the mailbox was located) Amenities: 9/10 (towels and spray were good and clean) Room cleanliness: 4/10 (dusty and dirty, I had to mop it again) Room suitability: 3/10 (AC leaked, some walls were moldy, no water heater).

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Strategic location, lots of places to eat. Friendly agent. No free WiFi. No free parking or one-time payment, quite expensive. No warm shower. No swimming pool or gym.

Clean, cool at a low price but unfortunately it's a bit far from the PIK.
