Clean room, friendly staff

Good service, friendly staff, attentive customer care. Convenient location. Stayed at the hotel and was very satisfied. Will come back when coming to Hue.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, normal rooms for the price

The hotel is located near the walking area, quite convenient for moving. The room is clean, but the window is not sealed, so the light from the hallway outside is a bit uncomfortable for someone who likes the dark like me. The soundproofing is not very good. Because the room above is often next to the water discharge, my room can still hear very clearly even when walking or talking. Hopefully the hotel can read and improve a bit because before I went, I also read that the room's soundproofing is not good and it has not been improved yet. The staff is cute, they have a room early and call us to check in early, the room has netffix, there are cakes for guests and a thank you letter that is quite polite. Changing sheets and cleaning every day is worth 10 points, but...

The room is exactly like the photo, very beautiful, the staff is friendly and approachable, the service is very attentive. Overall, I am extremely satisfied. If I have the opportunity to come to Hue again, I will definitely book this hotel again

Dịch vụ ổn, nhưng phòng cách âm không tốt nên rất ồn. Ban đêm phòng bên cạnh tắm đến hơn 1 giờ sáng, phòng mình nghe tiếng nước chảy to tới mức không ngủ nổi.
