The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful

The listing stated “Free Parking” unfortunately it didn’t state that the “parking” wasn’t within their parking area. Had to find street parking a few blocks away. Thankfully the “free parking” was applicable on a weekend (which is when we were booked in), otherwise you would have to move your car every 4-hours if your stay was within the Monday-Friday period. When I asked about the parking that was listed on the site, I was told they didn’t have any parking, even though there clearly was a Sebel parking area. Other than that, room was clean and exactly what was listed. Location was great for what we had planned for our Canberra visit. I would encourage contacting the Sebel Campbell directly to see if a parking space is available if you are requiring one before booking. Good range of places to eat if you want to eat out.

Comfortable apartment in good location

Great spot, easy check in with very helpful and friendly staff. Undercover parking is limited, so book it early. Some of the electronic items didn't work, like the TV and some of the lamps, but it is a clean, comfortable stay. Dining options are limited in the area, but it's a short trip to the CBD.

Great place to stay

Room was small but on trend. Big tv though. Just an overnight so not too bad but wouldn’t stay again. There are better hotels with more amenities in busier locations. The price was good and a spontaneous trip. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t amazing. Fine for a bed overnight or business.

Very clean and new. Very comfortable. Great amenities. A few dining options, no supermarket or that sort of stuff, but enough cafes for a coffee and Brekky.

Rooms were great. Let down was hot water system not working properly.

We booked family room, it smelt of cigarettes so badly that we all had a headache. Couldn’t move us to another family room and had two seperate rooms with barely any space and kids had to be seperate. Told us we could stay or refund and would have to move to another hotel. Don’t recommend and customer service poor. We were here to visit someone in hospital no empathy at all!!

Close to the lake and easy walk to new years eve fireworks

Room was very clean, had good amenities and fully functional. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The kitchenette was more than suitable for us to cook a lovely breakfast each morning.

Check-in was smooth and the room was clean and roomy enough. The only issue with the room was the large shelf directly above the TV which both my wife and I bumped our heads on more than once! Bad placement. Restaurants and bars nearby and close to the lake.

It’s a nice place to stay, clean and comfortable.

The Sebel Campbell is a great place to locate for a visit to Canberra. Walking distance to Civic and easy access to all the National Capital’s main sites. Clean and well appointed apartment with secure basement car parking. I’d recommend.
