Staff rating was because there is no staff, except for online interface. Everything worked okay though. Nice neighborhood.

Overall pretty good no daily housekeeping

There were no posted business hours for the office. I arrived for checkin in the early evening and had to call an after hours number that said I needed to fill out a verification online. The person on the phone was nice and helpful but I wish it was more clear what was needed when booking here. It is all street parking and you will likely not have any interaction with staff. There was also ants in the bathroom coming through some of the shower tiles and the main room's floor hadn't been mopped prior to checkin. For the price, it was great to be in Kenton but this place misses many marks.
