Lovely little hotel; the owners are extremely welcoming and very helpful. We had one of the biggest rooms which was attractively furnished and very comfortable; this room also had a large balcony which added to our enjoyment.

We were only there for an overnight stay. We checked in after hours and arranged with our host who stayed back and looked after us superbly. Room was excellent and breakfast the following day was very good on a lovely terrace with fabulous views.

Very friendly staff and nice authentic hotel with courtyard. Would have liked a kettle in the room and the bed was a little lumpy.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service!! From the time of booking right up to our departure the service was outstanding! The room was quiet and cozy, as per the photos but far better in person! The breakfast was fresh and homemade and was absolutely delicious. I wish I had more time to stay and enjoy this hotel! One thing to note is that although it’s just a quick walk to the beach and restaurants, you do need to cross a busy road to access that route. No biggie, but something to be aware of if you’re on foot. I absolutely recommend this clean and beautifully decorated hotel!!!

Beautiful location with lots of outdoor space for relaxing and enjoying delicious meals prepared by hosts. Very welcoming and accomodating. Will visit again.

Absolutely fabulous we loved everything about this small very friendly hotel, owner Antonio is so helpful and wants your stay to be perfect, as with all the staff, it’s a short walk to the beach and into the centre where there’s lots of bars, restaurants , shops it’s not crowded and full of tourists it’s very much localised vibe, we loved it,

Excellent small hotel with excellent staff willing to help with anything. Only comment for improvement… the beds are rock hard - need some soft toppers.

Very warm welcome Room was ideal and bed very comfortable The terrace was a super place for a beer overlooking the bay Opted for the breakfast and very pleased I did!

Great bed in a large and spacious room. Hotel needs updating and some tlc. Very steep road on entry would make access difficult for anyone with limited mobility.

What a beautiful boutique hotel. Its such a treat to find hotels and staff like this. From the minute we met Antonio and his wife at check in we knew this hotel was special. They were so pleasant and helpful. We were just sorry we only stayed one night on our journey through Spain. but promise to return for a longer stay.

Stayed for 2 nights at La Tartana. Very relaxing stay, pretty little hotel, beautiful terraces etc. Welcome change after staying in a large chain hotel. Close to beach and well-rated restaurants in town. Owner very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Definitely recommend.

Lovely attention to detail of property and very attentive staff.

I loved staying here. I felt safe, loved and part of the "family" immediately. The staff called me by name and was always ready to help with everything; boarding passes, stubborn safes, refills of delicious wines and suggestions for activities. I especially loved all the wonderfully cozy places inside and outside to read relax meet others. The restaurant was the best! Wonderful food prepared exquisitely and beautifully presented. The bread was freshly baked daily and the olive oil locally produced could not have been better. The wines were lovely and could be nicely pared with each course. My grandsons enjoyed all the meals especially the dessert sampler. Check out the wonderful cookbook area near the bar. Would definitely only stay here. I travel alone or occasionally with grandchildren so I am careful about where I stay. This was a great place for me. Enjoyed the short walk into the town, and the beautiful views from the dining terraces of la Tartana.

Fantastic the owners& the staff were terrific nothing was a problem to them we will defiantly be returning to La Tartana.the rooms were spotless & very stylish a pleasure to return to after a day out the air con worked very quietly & efficiently Then we come to the food we dined three nights in a row & could not fault anything the chef has to be congratulated the food was perfect .This was no ordinary stay for us as it was our golden wedding & my wife's birthday so we wanted every thing to be right & it was including a very special golden wedding cake which had been made especially for our special night.
