We got there on 04/17/2025 and got a room for a disable person that front desk told me I booked, my wife and me could not move in that room and there were no closet or space for anything, did not sleep at all. Told front desk that we were coming back on the 21 to the 23 and that we wanted a different room and we got it. Told them I was a member and were treated different. Front desk has to be retrain in costumer service, they can follow the rules but they have to learn how to talk to peoples. Breakfast was great and 3 peoples there went out of their ways to make us and others feel as family, Mihaela is wonderful the best, then Jenny and Martha those 3 work in the cafeteria, they shopuld be working at the front desk
