This place was an absolute find. 🙌

I’ll keep it short! Check in was slow, pool was closed for repairs or maintenance but everything was good. Laundry is limited and small but free! Location is pretty good but on a large hill. You will often have to walk upwards into the more “main” parts of the city during your stay

Beautiful palace view from the room, lovely and clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well located for exploring Madrid. Only complaint is that there didn’t appear to be an extractor fan in the bathroom so the mirror became very steamy and covered in condensation - a fan or heated mirror would be useful

The accommodation was perfect. Spacious room with a large bed, quiet and ac available. The staff were super helpful and the accommodation was very central - handy for metro and main sites / Madrid centro

Very unique and beautiful property. Modern with a simple aesthetic. Super helpful staff, beautiful breakfast and youthful vibes. Central location and easy access to uber, taxi and train.

The food was amazing ! 100 percent excellent

The property was fun and had great vibes. It had lots of nooks, cute cafe and dining space, ping pong, lounge space for watching tv with headphones, pool, rooftop bar that had a great happy hour. Really nice amenities. The room was great…we did the king that had a deck with 2 lounge chairs on the 9th floor. Beautiful views of the palace and surrounding neighborhoods. The room was comfy, bed was too. We were happy for a king bed! Lots of room snacks for purchase. Room walls were all dark, black tile in bathroom, which gave it a cool look, but not much light for makeup…no biggie, though because there were 3 balconies - one off the bathroom, one next to the bed and then one to the side with the loungers. It had great air circulation if you kept them all open. Also great light for makeup. The only downside was the first morning. Once people in the hotel started to get moving, there was a sewer smell that snuck out through the plumbing. It took us by surprise but then we found ways to mitigate it. We left the sink plugged and closed the lid on the toilet. With the balcony doors open it wasn’t noticeable and wasn’t a big deal otherwise. In fact, still gave it 5 stars because all the other things made up for it. Had we been there more than 2 nights, we may have asked about it, but since we could easily fix it, it didn’t bother us. I suspect it’s an old city, old plumbing situation so it was wonderful to have so many ways to circulate air! The location was perfect!

This was our experience staying 3 nights. Location is really good close to metro station and the Royal Palace thats about it for positives. *There are No Safes/ Locker in rooms. After our first morning exploring we returned back and our room door was not shut after cleaning. Thankfully nothing was missing as our passports and belonginings were there. For saftey we called the front desk to just let them know about it. They mentioned they noted it down for the manager and that was perfect. Next day of exploring we retuned back to our room this time door was locked. But what seems like retaliation the cleaning staff did not even make our bed. Just threw 2 new face towels in the bathroom and left. I took pictures of the state of the room and then infromed the front desk. The staff was appologetic and shocked, they told me to email the manager (madrid@thesocialhub.co) they infromed me they have forwaded my email and will get back to me shortly. So far no response which is the reason why im leaving a review. We travel to many cities over the past 5 years and never had complaints at anybof our stays. This is the first time im actually leaving a review for a hotel because of the lack of reponse. Hopefully this is a one off situation and not occur moving forward. (Will post pictures if hotel.com allows of how we came back to the "cleaned" room.

Yes, fast internet. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast with lots of variety.

Clean room very V well Locate

This hotel is in a great location, and every member of staff we dealt with were so friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend this hotel for your trip to Madrid!!

Fuimos por 5 noches, nuestro vuelo llegó temprano a Madrid y arriesgamos a ir temprano al hotel y si nos dieron nuestra habitación rápido. Las señoritas muy amables. El cuarto estaba decente creo que para descansar después de recorrer las calles de Madrid es muy buena opción. Aparte está muy cerca de los principales lugares que puedes visitar

Great value hotel, very modern, with friendly staff. Seems to have the feeling of a student hotel, but we didn't feel out of place and were very happy overall.
