The front desk staff waa great!!! Brian was great!! I forgot the pretty young lady name who checked me out. All was and welcoming!

Overpriced for what I got/paid. Yes, it is currently under renovation and I went with that in mind but definitely it was not invested in what matters. Walking into the room immediately I knew it wasn’t worth it, the beds didn’t have a comforter set just bed sheets. The blankets in the room were folded in the closet and were prison esque, we had to ask twice at the front desk to be given actual comforters as the phone in the room didn’t even work. Room it’s self was extremely warm walking into even with putting the ac down the set locked temp was stuck at 73 and in the July Florida heat that’s crazy and on top of that the carpet wasn’t even properly cleaned as there was remains of bug on it. Biggest concern was the broken closet door to what I think was the ac unit with a cute sticker on it saying “Electrical Do No Open”……. It made the loudest sound as we were trying to sleep as well. Leaving for the day to go out we left the maid needed sign out and came back to the carpet not vacuumed again as the bug remains were still there no new towels and not even new sheets just the comforters folded on top of the bed not even made. As for the buffet breakfast it was the most bland tasteless food I ever ate at a hotel. The worker lady kept rushing to clean up that she ended up getting in the way of people most of the time and just overall uncomfortable as she just stares. It’s in a good location and quiet area felt safe sleeping here but for the price I could’ve stayed in another hotel

I have a serious issue with this stay. I have pictures. I was not aware until a few days prior that the hotel was under construction. That doesn’t bother me much. One thing is to pardon their dust and another the conditions and the hygienic part. I found a roach on my bed, I found an old chocolate wrapper under the phone and the conditions of my door were horrendous. To open, I literally had to kick the bottom for it work . The conditions are really out of control. Again “pardon our dust” is one thing, hygiene and detail is filth is another. I took pictures of the door, it appears as if you are staying in the slums. In addition, shower doesn’t even have a place to place your soap, I had no choice but to put on the floor. This is unacceptable and disgusting. Pool area looks forgotten, grass around property super high no maintenance. Oh my God the list goes on. Again, I am not pleased with my stay I am not pleased with what I found and experienced and expect a response and action. Diego

Not bad overall, but I don’t think I would stay here again, I’d give it a 4/5 stars and if you already booked it, don’t worry it’s good for a family stay but nothing fancy.

Looks clean, put together. Good place to stay for a weekend or two

Our beds were missing their blankets and proper pillows. We only had a thin sheet and the 4 decorative pillows. The air conditioner unit was incredibly loud, and in the bedroom itself, and every time it would power down we were awoke to the sounds of grinding metal. There are plenty of places nearby to stay at, don’t include this one.

Breakfast was really good. The breakfast staff were attentive to needs. The pool is nice. The front desk staff were helpful. The suite was what I saw in the pictures. Great stay. Would return.

Hotel is undergoing renovations and we were not aware at the time of our booking. The fumes made my family sick and we were unable to stay. We checked out about 2 hours after check in. We called the next day and explained why we had to leave and asked for.a discount, not even a full refund. We were assured we would receive some kind of compensation but did not. They still charged me the full price for the room. I received the emails about the renovations after we checked in.

We had an overall great stay! Two nights we paid $150. Not bad for Orlando! The room was very clean and updated for the most part. Bed wasn’t as comfy as I hoped and they are under construction. So don’t expect perfection when you arrive. The breakfast was decent. Bagels, waffles, eggs, yogurt etc. We would stay again.

I can see that this hotel will be amazing once it’s fully renovated. We were told that there were renovations so we understood. Brian was very professional from the moment I called Montreal. We had reservations at another hotel only to find out they only shuttle to Magic Kingdom, so disappointed. We needed to make a decision quick so we started searching for another hotel and ran across this one. So glad we did! Our room was really cute and cozy and the breakfast was great. The only downfall was coming in from a long day only to find one wash cloth so every night I had to walk to the front desk to ask for more. The young lady was pleasant and went to provide them. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were the family staying in room 231, right by the corner window and wow, what an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing. The first guy who helped us with the shuttle bus was incredibly kind and helpful. He really went out of his way to make sure we understood everything, and I wish I remembered his name because he truly made us feel welcome. And I absolutely can’t forget the housekeeping team. Every time we left the room and came back, it was spotles fresh, clean, and beautifully arranged. They were amazing and so consistent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Everything was great but the air conditioner was too loud.

The property was actually very nice convenient location to the parks even with the construction going on they kept it reasonably quiet during the day and very quiet night. Overall, I was very satisfied cleanliness and the parking lots or well-maintained.

My family and I arrived around 7:00 pm and had to wait because our room still wasn't ready, even though check in is at 3:00 so I'm not sure why we had to wait. I asked for a different room but was told they were booked and didn't have any extra rooms available so we had to wait. When we did get out room keys and made it to the 4th floor, the keys did not work so I had to go back down to tell the front desk clerk and get new keys. Once back up to our room, again the keys didn't work. The maintenance man saw us in the hallway and let us into the room and said he would get us new key cards. When we were in the room we quickly found out there was no power in the room. The lights didn't work nor did any of the outlets. I had to go back to the lobby to let the clerk know and he said they were going to check the breakers. Back up to the 4th floor I go. Not long after the maintenance man and the clerk were at the door trying new key cards which still didn't work. The clerk pulls new key cards out of his pocket and finally offers us another room (but I was told in the beginning they didn't have because they were completing booked) Why it took that long I'm not sure but

This property is being renovated. It was quite a mess. I was traveling by myself and was put in a room without a working deadbolt. It took an hour to get a new room. The room I was in was ok- the bathroom was nice. There was no place to plug in cables for chargers, make sure you have a block. They didn't have any bottled water for sale. I walked to the hotel next door to buy some. The area is great. Lots of restaurants. A brand new Target a few minutes away. Lots of work to do on this place.

Stay was amazing, everyone was very friendly and even though they were doing renovations, it did not affect our trip and everything was still available!
