The rooms are interesting and charming, the staff couldn't be nicer, and breakfast is delicious. It's an unusual and artsy place.

It is a little difficult to find the sign on the street with the name Metropolis on It but it is part of the charm of this romantic, enigmatic little hotel tucked away in a regular building like a speakeasy bar during the US Prohibition . The hotel is beautiful and quaint with a touch of nostalgic artistry that makes you feel in a by gone world. The staff is exceptionally friendly too, personable and both persons I met went out of their way to make sure all my needs and requests were met.

Hard to find the building (street level) but it was a good stay.

Hotel is ok - very hard to find. There is no sign and feels almost hidden away. Room was very small. Our window looked out to the courtyard of sort. We ordered breakfast and they Accommodated our early travel time which was very nice.

Great location in the Budapest Jewish Quarter near ruin pubs, shopping & plenty of great restaurants. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, helpful & provided excellent restaurant recommendations.

Complicated check in with useless and buggy phone app and many time wasting, overloading check-in messages yet no actual clarity or ease of check in.

We loved our stay. The staff was very helpful and gave a lot of good advice.

The administrative staff were very communicative and accommodating to our every need. The rooms were very unique and comfortable. Excellent restaurants around the area and great location. Would stay here again.

Mycket trevligt och personligt litet Boutique Hotel med trevligt läge. Fantastiskt personal som ville hjälpa till med alla frågor vi hade. Vi beställde inklusive frukost och man fick välja mellan 3 olika rätter + kaffe & juice. Rummen är snyggt inredda med alla bekvämligheter man behöver. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka nästa gång vi besöker Budapest.

Et koselig og fint sted. Utrolig service og fint og moderne rom. Ligger i et fint område og relativt kort avstand til shopping senter og sentrum. Var to dører med nøkkel for å komme inn til hotelrommene. Noe som gjorde at vi følte oss veldig trygge.

O hotel é excelente. O único ponto negativo é com relação a identificação do hotel na rua. Demorei a encontrar o hotel, pois ele possui apenas uma placa de uns 50 cm na fachada, o que dificulta muito na localização

I have been in Budapest for about 3 weeks and I tried different hotels, this hotel was definitely the best one! The stuff is very friendly and helpful, my room was clean and in good conditions, the price is fair and the Wifi/Internet is really good. I’m looking forward to my next trip to Budapest and my next stay at Metropolis Budapest Boutique Hotel.

A reggeli nem volt a legjobb, de a szállás egyedi hangulatú, jól felszerelt, tiszta, nagyon kényelmes, jó helyen, a belvaros közepén található. A közvetlen közelében minden megtalálható amire szükség lehet. A személyzet kedvessége külön kiemelendő.
