Not a very new facility but expensive for the location. I was disappointed that they only had ice for drinks because I had a cooler. I was happy to get watermelon for breakfast.

It was great, so close to the entrance of the park and very walkable to restaurants near by. The Buffalo Bar was sooo good.

Our overall stay was good. We were comfortable. Hotel location is perfect.

The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The furniture was scuffed and stained, but I just avoided it. If you’re staying here for the free breakfast, don’t.

It is a good place to stay for visiting Yellowstone Park

The hallway was dark and well worn. Breakfast limited as the hotel was full. The room was a nice size but dingy.

From front desk staff lack of what was happening and NOT happening in the hotel, the advertising like it was a new hotel(NOT), to holes in sheet(s) we had requested ground floor handicap accessable room, we were given a second floor room key, proceeded to the room and there was still SOMEONE property in the room had to settle with third floor room, waiting on house keeping to clean the room this all after 2 hours when rooms were supposed to be available. Breakfast bar was as low on food as could be accomplished. We could not go to another hotel in West Yellowstone has our first hotel canceled the reservation 2 weeks prior to our flight to SLC. I will NEVER try to ever stay at this LOW level hotel again.

Do not recommend the cabins. First night in cabin I did not get any sleep. There was an odor possibly cleaning chemical how

Overpriced, Can't believe I paid $280 to stay at this dump self service breakfast was bread, bagels, generic cornflakes and cheerios, with no milk, no one working the front desk, twice had to call a phone number and wait for someone to arrive at the property to help. One ice machine for entire hotel which was always empty

Our room was great! We had a big king room, lots of space, great furniture, roomy bathroom.

Ok. I was expecting more for them saying breakfast included.

Very accommodating, very friendly staff and great service and breakfast. Enjoyed our stay.

First day check in, there was no TV n wifi Internet,guest Neigbor talk so loud

The staff at the motel were very pleasant and efficient. The location was also very convenient to activities that we were doing for those few days in the area. Within five minutes of deciding to photograph the Aurora Borealis, we were standing with our cameras in a perfect spot just outside Gardiner.

The staff was very friendly and the location is easy in easy out with no hassles!

I was at first surprised by the gravel parking lot. However when entered was greeted by friendly staff. The room and accommodations were far better than expected. Never judge a hotel by its cover. Sometimes you will be pleasantly surprised.

Stayed 3 nights while visiting Yellowstone. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants near by. Large room, Very clean, loved the lighted ahower Staff very nice, jay at desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly

The employee (Jason) who checked us in was fantastic! He even came out to the parking to help us with our bags. The room looked, smelled and felt clean! Jason made wonderful recommendations as to where to eat.
