I would stay there again in a minute! Clean quiet and well appointed. Courteous staff as well. Perfectly located in town.

Outstanding hotel, from the moment you checked in to leaving, they made us felt at home at maximum comfort.

Perfect place for exploring Klaipeda city, close to the old town, main sightseeings. Professional and helpful staff. Good quality WiFi. Tasty breakfast: fresh, with a lot of choices. You can enjoy outstanding SPA. Hotel has even 3 gourmet choices - restaurant White Horse, Gastro Pub and Sky Bar - excellent cuisine, wide range of drinks.

Really nice hotel large room, good bed. Large and modern bathroom

Stay was Good. Friendly staff. However.. Spa ( Access to Pool and Sauna ) costs extra.. it was good, but it should have been included. They forgot to top up complimentary water, and items related Coffee making in room in second day

Very nice property in a good area. 6/8 min walk to Old Town and ferry. Breakfast was very good as well. One of the nicest hotels in Klaipeda. My only negative was the bed. I got a room with 2 single beds. They were very firm (hard). I will stay again but next time I will get a queen bed.

Leider weist das Haus trotz seines schönen Erscheinungsbildes zahlreiche Mängel auf. Servicequalität: Das Hotelpersonal benötigt eine fundierte Weiterbildung im Gästeservice, um den Anforderungen eines 4-Sterne-Hotels gerecht zu werden. Der Zugang zu Spa- und Sauna-Bereichen ist kostenpflichtig, jedoch fehlen wesentliche Services wie bereitgestellte Bademäntel und Handtücher. Diese müssen Gäste selbst an der Rezeption suchen. Schwimmbad Sauna Bereich Liegenpolster sind nicht verfügbar, und es gibt keinen geeigneten Ruheraum für Entspannung nach Spa-Anwendungen.

Die Parksituation ist unerträglich. Obwohl wir vorab nach Parkmöglichkeiten gefragt haben, hat man uns auf das Parken im öffentlichen Raum verwiesen. Mit vehementem Fordern konnten wir schließlich einen der ca. 6 Hotelplätze reservieren. Zimmer werden bis 17:00 gemacht, kommt man also am Nachmittag von einem Ausflug zurück, kann es sein, dass die Zimmer noch nicht gemacht wurden. Das Essen im Restaurant war nicht gut. Frühstück mittelmäßig. Sauna-Benutzung ist nur von 19:00-21:00 möglich; da muss man das Saunaangebot auch nicht anbieten.

Jättefint hotell

Sehr schönes Hotel, annehme Zimmer. Großes Bad. Dusche unpraktisch. Hoher Einstieg, Duschen ohne den Marmorboden nass zu machen unmöglich. Danach rutschiger Boden. Sehr ansprechendes und qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Really nice hotel! I would totally recommend it. The room was clean, spa was nice and breakfast was versatile.
