Terrible and dated property.

Room 103 only one electric plug that worked only for cell phone. The electric needs to be fixed. The breakfast was very nice. Our flight was late so kept ringing the bell at the hotel until someone answered the door. It was pouring rain so we were soaking wet waiting. Good location to bus to Venice Center and Airport. Elevator broke only could work from 2nd floor down.

I would highly recommend if you stays in Venice.

Nice area, hotel room had ants crawling around, shower drain didn’t work well so overflowed right away. Otherwise, friendly staff

Lovely place...near to a lot of places....the only thing needs to be improved is thr breakfast....was good ...but needs more options!!the rest was perfect!!!And tks for the guy let me to park outside in his spot!!!Helps a lot!!

This hotel has easy access to VCE. Hop on bus 15 right across the street. Room was clean, and spacious. It is very well kept, and the young man at the front desk was very helpful at check-in. BUT the bed was super uncomfortable. Also the a/c wasn't working, they had a portable one in the room. I chose to sleep with windows open which was fine, except main road was busy and loud. Person at front desk in the morning, saw me in elevator with luggage, said good morning and went off to have a cigarette and chat with his female friend. Didn't ask if I was checking out. So, I waited in the lobby until he was done. Not professional at all. I had a bus to catch and didn't want to wait. He asked me to write a review so here it is. Free breakfast looked great and was acailable at 7:30am. Unfortunately I had an 8am bus so didn't eat. If the room was $60-70€ woukd have been fine, but at 105€, not worth the price. I did enjoy wandering through Fort Marghera area and found a piazza that had several restaurants and interesting architecture and history.

Based on the reviews I had higher expectations, but all around was okay. The breakfast was good

The hotel is super clean, easy access to public transportation, in the front desk Sandro gave us lots of information about the town and how to move around, the breakfast is a full meal so that’s a plus, l definitely give this hotel a 5 stars

Liked breakfast. Didn't like the beds, really uncomfortable. Couldnt keep food cold in fridges because only one hotel card given. The hotel bar is no bar or restaurant. Highly recommend putting in a lounge or area for people to hang out or making breakfast area for all day use.

We were shocked to find that our room did not have a bathroom or restroom in it, but outside! Check your reservation really closely before booking. I don't recall seeing this indication anywhere throughout the reservation process.

Lovely stay but room could have been cleaner. There were hairs on the throw when we first arrived and hairballs in the corners of the room. General aspect of room looked dirty. Staff were lovely and friendly. Good breakfast.

Staying here made it very easy to get into and back from Venice proper, since there is a tram very close by. The room itself was fine,

small hotel,has a basic breakfast options but satisfies,if you only sleep at the hotel it's a great option. close to Tram and buses.

I liked that it was small and quaint. It was also very close to the bus we took to Venice. Breakfast included for a reasonable price.

Since we arrived super late and then we had to leave super early, we were only there for 5 hours so I can't really say much other then we had no issues and the room we had (San Marco) was great and plenty of room for a family of 5.

The taxi service they arranged next morn8ng was ver6 prompt A minor thing the air conditioner leaked water so had to turn it off but all good Thank you
