I was very upset- due to a change in my schedule, i arrived @ the hotel in the early morning for my reservation the night before. Before i traveled, i called Marriott & told them i wouldn't be there until the next morning. The Marriott rep assured me it would be fine. When i got there my reservation had been canceled because I had not checked in the night before. I had to pay the current nightly rate which was significantly more $$. NOT a good experience - especially since I called customer service 2 days before.

I booked for the weekend but missed the check-in until the next morning due to a flight delay. I called the hotel and advised them that I would be delayed. When I got to Dripping Springs, they canceled my original reservation and then tried to charge me DOUBLE the original room night! NO BUENO 👎

Stay was good. My only complaint is that the “fragrance system” meant to make the hotel smell nice is turned up way too high. To the point where we had headaches the whole stay. If that could be dialed down a bit, it would have been a 5-star stay.

Very nice guy checked us in. Went down in the am to get a cup of coffee in the morning and it was $5! Coffee in the room was terrible and the packet of “cream” was old and just clumped up and was nasty looking and tasting!

Very satisfied with everything about this hotel!

It would have been nice if breakfast was included. Also I slept late one morning and put the do not disturb sign out and then departed at 11:30 for 9 hours (and removed the do not disturb sign) and housekeeping never came back to makeup or clean the room.
