A well designed modern hotel

Terrible rooms

The property was very modern. The room was incredibly spacious. Even though we only got a room on the fourth floor there was still a decent skyline view. The facilities were clean and the staff was delightful at every interaction.

We arrived early and decided the pay the premium to access the room before 2, it was worth it. Hotel location is great, with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Definitely a great place to stay in Frankfurt

I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Great welcoming, excellent hospitality, delicious fresh breakfast every morning, very romantic dinner atmosphere. Rooms are clean, very comfortable beds and hotel overall smells great.

A wonderful hotel with an exceptional team. Including Amin on the front desk and a superb team working in the very busy bar. Especially in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel right next to the shopping mall and the train station. My corner room is very spacious with gorgeous view. Staff from the front desk, restaurant &bar and room cleaning are super nice and helpful! Breakfast buffet is delicious with a lot of varieties. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 star is because of too many constructions around the property. Overall I had a very nice stay. Thank you.

We got a junior suite and it’s better than expected. New hotel. Spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed and relax area.

The hotel is in a busy area. Our room was on the 19th floor. It was tiny but efficient. The climate controls were limited, and I was a bit too warm with the coldest (-3) setting enabled. We're American, so that was not surprising. The staff were all excellent, especially Mohammed at the ground floor bar, and Tim up in the Terrace Bar. Both gave excellent local advice that ended up serving us well. Great job!

A good stay

The staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and modern.

The entirety of the experience was five star. The hotel was clean, good location, good food, with friendly and responsive staff. The gym and sauna were convenient as well as the lobby bar. I highly recommend for anyone travelling to Frankfurt.

Want ever go back here! Very disappointed

This hotel is a convenient walk to the HBF. There is a mall to the side of the hotel and a bakery right behind it. The hotel was so quiet. We never heard anyone else on our floor. The room was smaller than the one we had at the same hotel in Munich, but it was fine. This hotel is a great option if you're staying in Frankfurt and need to be in walking distance to the HBF.

Bad

Chosen chiefly because of its location. The arrival process was pleasant and the staff were friendly. First the good things - Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was roomy with a great shower cubicle and shower. Breakfast had plenty of options and was good value. Service was great. Now the not so good - I did not like the bare concrete ceiling, columns etc. The air con was poor and centrally controlled with only a 3 degree variance possible. In a corner room with double aspect with full floor to ceiling glass windows, the greenhouse effect was very noticeable and uncomfortable. I had to ask for a fan, which helped a little but not that much. I’d hate to be in this room in the height of summer! The windows could not be opened, which gave even greater reliance upon a satisfactory A/C. The internet speed was very average even having paid the outrageous €10 for the premium service, which was only 5Mb better than the free option. The gym was too small for a hotel of this size. The room desk was too small and had no available power points close by. The narrow layout was not good for me, never mind for 2 people and the wardrobe was too far from the main room. Far too many curtains which didn’t close together properly. Shutters would have been better. No armchair or sofa, even in my ‘superior’ room, which meant I had to lie on the bed or use the small office chair to sit. Needs greater thought to be enjoyable for this price!

Reserved a king size bed and got a two twin size bed room , payment for shared parking lot cash machine location is not clearly marked or confusing. Staff was unhelpful.

Staff was cordial and service excellent - special thanks to Yanay and Mathias for their wonderful smile and hospitality and hard work at the breakfast room.

I had to extend my stay an extra day due to the industrial strikes on airports but the hotel where able to keep me in the same room so minimal moving around. Room was comfortable though a little small and breakfast was very good. Staff were also very nice and helpful to. I will say however one issue I had was if I needed any amenities, despite using the app no one brought them or alerted me if I need to collect them or not. Additionally when I called to get something I needed I was promised they’d check the bar and get back to me and they never did. This is something the hotel could work on as I shouldn’t have to having to go to front desk every time if you have something to prevent this. Another point although may be minor is breakfast to the room is select a specific time a bit later so 9:30 and at the time it was say 7:00 that I ordered, every time they’d come early and on occasion I missed them because was getting ready. I also on that same day had someone just open my room with keys. Sticking to the time and also not just entering someone’s room without warning, calling the room would be better. I did overall have a comfortable stay but these were things that could be improved.
