As a guest staying at a hotel but not allowed to take photos in the hotel, there is a fee of 2.5 million VND. When traveling to Phu Quoc, everyone takes photos, but the hotel is beautiful but the additional charge for taking photos is very bad, making customers very upset.

If no external cameraman or commercial arrangement is involved, no charge is required. Great experience. The staff was very supportive and helpful during our check-in, which took quite some time (not their fault). The room was clean and smelled good. I highly recommend the rooms with an ocean view where you can watch fireworks at night, totally worth it. They offered many choices of cuisine for breakfast and most of the ones I tried were excellent compared to other places. Drinks at the lobby lounge are mid, but the view was amazing and the staff was friendly. They have delicious welcome drinks, it’s too bad they don’t serve it at the breakfast buffet. The hotel gifted you free tickets to Kiss Bridge and the Kiss of the Sea show as well. Overall, would want to come back when I visit PQ again.

I was very impressed with the breakfast service staff. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was a staff to take me to the table. I didn't have to wander around looking for an empty table. The coffee was delicious. The staff were very cheerful and attentive. In general, everything was great. The beach was beautiful, clean and safe. The view from the swimming pool was extremely beautiful. If I return to Phu Quoc, my family will choose this hotel as the next stop.

I stayed here for 1 night for 5.8 million VND for a double room with a direct view of the sunset bridge, with the intention of watching fireworks and shows. However, unfortunately, due to objective reasons, I could not watch. However, although the hotel is highly rated and in the Hilton system, it has too many shortcomings in operation and arrangement. The staff is too few and also lacks professional skills, leading to a long and hasty check-in and out process for guests, having to ask each other and then leaving guests waiting after traveling a long distance. Regarding the layout of the corridors and the structure of the hotel, it is like a maze and I really got lost every time I needed to move and find the elevator, there were no clear instructions for the elevator exit and no indication of the elevator directions, extremely tiring. Other services such as breakfast, swimming pool, beach, gym are also not up to standard and need to be upgraded and more professional. In general, the possibility of returning is not high.

Lễ tân và bellman niềm nở , phục vụ tận tình ân cần , Welcome Drink là 1 ly đá xay chanh tuyết rất ngon luôn , khách sạn mới khai trương nên phòng ốc rất mới trang thiết bị hiện đại theo kiểu Âu Mỹ ,khách sạn đã cho gia đình mình được check in sớm và check out trễ là 1 điểm cộng , Buffee sáng nhiều món nước ngoài khá lạ miệng , tôi sẽ còn quay lại La Fiesta trong tương lai nếu có dịp đến Phú Quốc một lần nữa
