Strategic location, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Close to 0 km Yogyakarta/Malioboro and the town square/and many souvenirs around the hotel and friendly staff.

As usual, the bathroom is generally poorly maintained. The water used to flow fast, then slow down, perhaps because it's shared with other rooms, but the hot water doesn't feel hot. The TV doesn't work.

The staff is very very friendly

It's quite good because we need a place to stay urgently... The location is very helpful for exploring the city of Yogya.

the location is very close to the Sonobudoyo museum. can walk only 3 minutes if you want to take pictures with traditional Jogja clothes. also close to souvenir shops, places to eat, mini markets, etc. Large parking lot, fits many cars. standard rooms are cheap. clean & comfortable. there is an open space in the middle of the hotel. unfortunately did not have time to take pictures of the hotel's condition. we only transited at this hotel while waiting for the flight schedule.

The staff was very helpful even though check in was in the middle of the night and the location is very strategic.

The room facing the street is noisy hehe. It's a bit disturbing to sleep. Strategic position.

Only superior in terms of location close to point 0 Malioboro, so if you want to go anywhere it is close. For rooms and other facilities should be able to be improved again. Hopefully it can be better.

Terrible place, the room was not clean. We had many big cockroaches in the room that kept running from the bed to the AC and everywhere. We couldn't stay and vacated immediately. Not at all recommended.

strategic location, spacious parking. clean rooms, good service. the price is also quite economical. many places around sell food.

Very close to Malioboro Street.

I just came, was given the key to enter the room for 5 minutes, then checked out, because this is not a family room.

We stayed on the 2nd floor of a triple room, the room was dusty, the furniture was worn, the bathroom floor was crusty, and in front of the room there was a coffee cup that had not been cleaned on the table. The stairs and corridor to our room were also dirty, the ceiling was mossy due to leaks from rainwater. Even though the location is strategic, at a price of 400 thousand without breakfast I don't think it is worth the service provided.

This is an honest review: the room was dirty, dusty, the blanket had unclear stains.

Overall my experience of staying at this hotel was quite satisfying, the staff were very friendly and also listened to our requests well. Maybe there are only a few facilities that are lacking, such as a lock on the bathroom door handle, the toilet is old, there are some lights that don't work. But overall this hotel is quite worth it because it is cheap and close to Malioboro.

The staff was not friendly at all, initially I had stayed here for 2 nights, when I wanted to add another day it made me dizzy. It was clear that after confirming the extension, it was my turn to pay at the hotel, they said the standard room was full, all that was left was the family room with an initial rate of 325k, when I said I didn't want it, the rate became 250k, which was strange.
