Nous avons tout apprécié, surtout l'accueil. La dame est très gentille et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Nous avons eu le privilège d'être dans la suite 12. Fantastique!

Un accueil chaleureux dans un lieu cosy et bien placé. On s'y sent comme a la maison ! Merci !

L' enregistrement se fait à partir de 15h . Rien ne sert d'arriver avant car personne pour vous recevoir. L'accueil est chaleureux. L'endroit est sympathique mais en bordure de la route principale achalandée. Le stationnement peut être problématique car très peu d'espace pour manoeuvrer . Très près du centre de Tadoussac ( 10 min à pied ) . Par contre la qualité et la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer pour une chambre dite de luxe . Il y régnait une odeur forte et dérangeante . Dans notre chambre , la télé n'était pas fonctionnelle. Le climatiseur est aussi très bruyant . Malheureusement pour cet hôtel , on voit que le temps a fait son effet. Bref, rapport qualité/prix, en conclusion , le coût chargé par nuit est nettement exagéré et nous n'y retournerons pas, mais d'autres peuvent aimer...

Great experience with location, and staff

We stayed here for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they're well laid out and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. While the rooms aren't completely soundproof, the hotel was quiet during our visit, so noise was never an issue. The location is excellent;very central and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Having parking available was a big plus, as we were able to leave the car and explore the city on foot. The staff were exceptional: warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the beautiful lake behind the hotel. It was wonderful to go for a swim in the morning or afternoon, and the trails surrounding the lake were stunning. We even spotted some wildlife, which made our walks even more memorable. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated, but unfortunately there weren't any vegan options available, which was disappointing since we follow a vegan diet. There were also a couple of maintenance issues that could use attention. The shower had quite a bit of mold and would benefit from a deep clean. The toilet also had an improperly sized seat that was noticeably smaller than the bowl, making it look odd and uncomfortable to use. Overall, this is a great place to stay thanks to its fantastic location, friendly staff, convenient parking, and beautiful lakeside.

Cute Bed and Breakfast with the friendliest of host, proximity to the Tadoussac ferry, town and attractions. Dedicated parking spots and host was very flexible with late delivery check in as we were driving in from Baie Comeau

Enjoyed our 2 night stay and our host Ella was amazing. Helpful with local destinations and restaurants. We definitely would stay again.

The proprietress was a delight!! It is really a charming place, with the dining area overlooking the ferry and on a hill sloping down to a lake. The only comment I would make is that we were surprised that the rooms were not straightened after our first nights stay. I understand that is becoming more common, but a little sign in the rooms might be helpful to inform guests.

Tiny bathroom had no room for placing your toiletry bag or hanging your clothes. Room was tiny , no room for opening 2 suitcases. Tiny shower too.

Staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The room was very clean and the amenities were very useful.

Very friendly accommodating staff. Very cute property with a lovely sitting area next to water in the back of the hotel and close walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Très bien situé comme endroit! Très accueillant. Ce n est pas bien insonorisé mais ça nous a pas trop dérangé.
