Our stay at Villars Palace was wonderful. The atmosphere was very peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation. We especially loved the coffee bar — excellent quality and a great place to unwind. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. We would gladly return.

I travel the world. This hotel felt like the 7 star heritage hotels we visit in Asia. If you pick a different hotel you’ll lose out.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Villars Palace, and everything was absolutely wonderful. However, what truly stood out and made all the difference was the service provided by a porter named Angelo. Angelo went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. He helped us in every way possible—and even in ways you wouldn’t expect. He is fantastic, and his dedication and professionalism truly elevate the hotel experience. Angelo is a gem and a true asset to Villars Palace!

It’s a perfect hotel, design is decent, view is fabulous , staffs are all helpful, generous and professional. Our family and I enjoyed it very much. We love their breakfast , kids club , swimming pool and every corners…etc. We are also surprised with the welcome note and gifts , it is so warm and my kids are excited .

The views are exceptional

Thank you to all those who work so diligently to make this an outstanding holiday experience. Staff are courteous, patient and positive - trained to find solutions rather than describe obstacles. Pierre in concierge is outstanding at this job, thank you. The food is simply outstanding. In pursuit of excellence I would personally encourage making the 'quiet relaxation area' next to the hammer - with loungers and a magnificent view- actually 'quiet and relaxing'. At the moment people chat away on their phones, to each other and review their facebook posts together. Please make it a no phone and silent zone. Also the restaurant is outstanding and merits one michelin star at least - but the area adjacent to the bar is far too noisy for this kind of dining experience. We cancelled our booking to secure an evening where we could be given a table further away from the very loud bar music. But overall a very high class experience and would highly recommend.

Great hotel

I went to drop off my kids at summer camp and the Hotel was just perfect. Staff were very accommodating they gave us an upgrade when we arrived and also shuttle service for anywhere in town. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The hotel has been recently updated so everything is new. The spa the pool area were great as well. I actually came a second time to pick up my kids from summer camp and the staff remembered me and my family. I would be staying here again!
