Room, service, and staffs was awesome.

The hotel is new and not all ready, so it's uncomfortable, for example: elevators that don't work, extra beds that are directly tiled.

Bagus enak dan nyaman kamar juga luas.

Clean rooms, new hotel, strategic location. Recommended.

4 hari di sini bikin nyesel, kita bayar mahal untuk di depan kolam, tetapi ternyata kolamnya pendek banget buat anak kecil, dan makanan breakfast ga ada yang enak rasanya hambar, bikin kecewa hotel bagus tapi kualitasnya kurang.

The hotel has not been fully operational. Lots of flaws. Because only 30% of the rooms are operational, the others are not finished yet.

New hotel but still needs a lot of improvement. 1. Elevator not working. 2. The room is not soundproof, you can't sleep at night because the sound from the next room is so clear that you can even hear the sound of closing the door, sliding chairs and flashing the toilet from the next room. 3. The room is quite good, but there is no refrigerator, safe deposit box, telephone. 4. The air conditioner is not cold, the hot shower is not functioning optimally and the lighting in the room is also not optimal. 5. The pool is good, only a lot of leaf litter in the pool. 6. Breakfast variants are very limited especially the choice of side dishes and most of them taste bland. 7. There is no CCTV and the basement parking is very smelly. 8. But in terms of service and hotel staff service is quite good. The intention to have a staycation can't even sleep well.

The receptionist's service was very bad, making me personally as a consumer uncomfortable. Even though I stayed 2 days. If you want good service, the reception staff must be taught polite manners and problem solving. Thank You.

Sebenarnya kalau di liat bangunan bagus, cuma saya kurang nyaman karena kamar bising, suara dari luar kamar jelas banget, jadi sepertinya tidak ada peredam di kamar, contohnya semalam saya dengar ada cewek teriak jadi saya ke bangun dari tidur dan tidak bisa tidur nyenyak, apalagi orang berbicara di depan kamar nyaring sekali kedengaran di kamar saya, untuk hotel dengan harga 700an bagi saya tidak worted, karena fasilitas seperti telpon di kamar tidak ada, safety box juga tidak ada, aminities juga tidak lengkap seperti laundry bag juga tidak ada, breakfast tidak lengkap menu juga biasa saja, dan makanan habis jadi lama untuk menunggu makanan yang keluar lagi, teh juga serasa minum air putih, hotel bintang 4 tapi bagi aku ga worted. Seharusnya kalau hotel baru dan tidak lengkap harga mending di turunkan harganya. Sepertinya masih tryer hotel. Itu saja sih tolong di tingkatkan dan di lengkapi semua yang tidak ada.
