General ok stay with some plus points and some miss. Good points first - Breakfast selection is great and tasty. Service staff at breakfast are attentive and good. - Decent room, facilities are new - Good location in city centre Miss (small things but not something to expect from a 5 star hotel) - We were given the lowest floor for guest room (level 5), hill view is non existent. You can see top of shop houses nearby and some trees. That’s it. We never open curtain to see any view. - Room cleaning guy came at 4:40pm. We were out the whole day and came back to a messy room and wet towels at 4:30pm and after we start to shower. Room cleaning guy ring. Probably due to we are on the lowest floor and being clean last. This is super late for cleaning and unacceptable. - No hot water in shower on first day. Front desk say due to water supply issue and can only wait. Luckily it recovered in the evening and they sent us a fruits platter to apologize. - Slipper is those flimsy paper kind and has a hole after using for 2 days…

Love the bar, super friendly bartender, Yus. just food is bit limited choice.

I love this hotel, not just because of its amazing deco & their friendly & helpful staff, but also the location. Close to Suria Sabah, Gaya Street market, etc. No wonder many tourists stay here.

Good customer services, very clean and new, good location just in front of Suria Shopping mall. Very convenient.

Room is clean. Breakfast is great. Nice to have a balcony. The only problem is unable to set the AC to manual. Even after set to manual it will back to auto. Already ask for assist from the technician and still can't set to manual.

The accommodation looked exactly like the picture: spacious, comfy and super clean. Surely will stay again soon.
