Beautiful views at this location; however anything you'd want to do (dinner, grocery store, pharmacy) is about a 10 minute very hilly walk. Room was fine but note that it did not have air conditioning. Breakfast buffet was acceptable.

Sadly this hotel is disappointing in so many ways. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but through no fault of theirs, the hotel is very poorly kept, is incredibly outdated and requires more investment in time, money and management. The bathrooms were very poorly kept especially, gardens not maintained and massive bins welcome you at the entrance. Pillows are poor quality, lots of basic maintenance and lacking in characters, atmosphere and care. Please do not be attracted by the views - which are great - but the quality of the hotel is low and I would avoid, despite the views as you will be disappointed.

The bedrooms are aged and in need of refurbishment. The location and views are lovely and dining hall clean but for the cost of the room I would have expected better quality. The pillow was non existent. We arrived late and reception closes at 11pm and no one appears to be available after this time to allow check in or on site to deal with any issues should they arise.

The staff was very professional. We were greeted by Jerôme at the reception, and he was very nice; very helpful. We were impressed by the hotel. And the VIEW over Lake Geneva is unreal.

This hotel was fantastic. Set on a hill overlooking lake Geneva gives fantastic views of the lake and is especially nice at night. The gentleman that welcomed us was very nice and very helpful with our travel plans the next day. I highly recommend staying here.

Great staff. Property is old and dated. Rooms need more colour in them. No hangers in closet and tv is small for the room. Remote did not work.

I really impressed lake Leman. Its so beautiful and historical hotel also they got free parking lot and near the Geneva Airport. That’s why I picked this hotel. Cozy room and enough amenities.

Great location in between towns. Nothing near by we had our own car

Nice location. Parking handy and a kettle in the room. Good views of the lake from the terrace. However, no bar or restaurant open in the evening, so had to walk into town. It’s very hilly which may affect some.

Checked in late, everything went well, comfortable room and shower was terrific.spectacular views

Clean room, plenty of free on-site parking and the most amazing views of Lake Geneva (make sure to book a ‘Lake View’ room.

We had a good stay here. We used it as a base for the surrounding areas. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean. Free parking was super helpful. No complaints!

Great property with great views

Room was clean, bed was very hard. The room we stayed in was near the elevator (407) and you could hear it all night pinging when arriving on the floor. The corridor had a lot of echo which transferred into the room. Luckily these noises subsided later in the evening. Towels had stains, which made them off colour. The views from the balcony were stunning!
