Contact less hotel sounds good on paper, but it's pretty bad when you need help getting into your room cuz they gave you the wrong door code. Much better hotels around the corner for the same price, and many more amenities. It says they have a pool, they dont, and if there is pool access in a different hotel, there is 0 instructions or mentions of it anywhere. Obviously nobody on site to ask them. They also hit me with a $16.5 charge for a broken cup. A cup that costs $2 at most. You can tell they're squeezing every penny out of everything by overcharging and not hiring at least 1 staff to be on site.
