It's clean and in a good location if you love shopping and the walking area is very close.

The cleanest city of Turkey’e. Building is only few years old. Still smells new. Great restaurants inside the the attached mall.

New property. Probably the cleanest in all of Turkey’e, bypassing the Ritz in Istanbul. Highly recommend if you are used to the sanitary standards of the western world.

Every thing in the hotel is nice and neat, the staff were so kind and friendly. If someone asked me what I didn’t like, I would say nothing to mention. It is bot my first time to stay in this property. My next vacation in Izmir will be in same hotel that for sure.

One of the best hotels in Izmir. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with lovely views and all the amenities you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. However, I was quite surprised to find that they charge for coffee in the room. While this is a minor issue, it seemed out of place for a luxury hotel at this price point. I would have expected complimentary coffee, especially given that other 5-star hotels usually provide this as a basic amenity.

This is an incredible hotel The rooms are top notch and thoughtful in design; staff are friendly although during the excellent buffet breakfast some staff could not speak or communicate in English well Otherwise highly recommended

Absolutely gorgeous in every sense of the word! It is not walkable to the city center, bazaar, or airport, but is beautiful, quiet, and an easy taxi to anything you need - which the reception is happy to help with. I had a tour to Ephesus planned and it was an easy pick up and drop off. The breakfast is bountiful!
