Decent size, clean rooms, although air conditioning insufficient. Poor quality food overall, except breakfast, maybe. Drinks were terrible - could not be sure that the brands were authentic; sodas were all artificial - no diet free alternatives. Hijacked by desperate staff at the onset to join preferred club and Hyatt membership ! Vouchers provided were intentionally misleading.

The service, food and friendly people

The beach was dirty and unable to bath due to extreme seaweed infestation. I was offered an upgrade room then was called to the lobby to pay for the upgrade. The Restaurants are limited and quality of food is mediocre at best. The Nathaniel was a great personal mayordomo and overall staff is nice but that’s about it. I would not stay here again. I was also not given any 200 resort credit, just a book of coupons for extra services I did not use, false advertisement on that one. I ended up only eating breakfast and dinner here and spending the whole day driving to other beaches that were clean and unfortunately spending more money outside of an all inclusive

This was my first all inclusive trip and it was Amazing! The staff are all amazing and consistent with their customer service. They made it feel like home away from home. The food was delicious and fresh so many options. I would 100% recommend this hotel for families, partners and friends. Will definitely be back thank you so much Dreams Flora!

Staff, food and activities were very good

Far exceeded our expectations! Beautiful resort with super friendly staff. Our butler Nathanael M was incredible. He was always available and filled all our requests quickly and with a smile. The food was good. My kids enjoyed the swim up bars for non-alcoholic drinks.

My stay at this resort was wonderful, the staff was great, always friendly. The food was wonderful as well, always many options at the buffet. The beach was not great, full of seaweed, otherwise everything was fantastic.

This is the second time that my family and I stay at a dream or sort, and you will definitely not regret it. One of the best states I’ve ever had.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Dreams Flora Resort & Spa, and I just have to share! From the moment I arrived, the staff were so warm and welcoming; they genuinely went out of their way to ensure my family's stay was as enjoyable as possible. Our room was not only beautifully decorated but also maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, which was greatly appreciated. My son had a blast at the water park and the pool – it was so heartwarming to see him having so much fun. I personally found great joy in the spa services, the delicious breakfast offerings, and the convenience of having coffee available around the clock. The location was just right, being only 35 minutes from the airport, which made our travel so much easier. I also appreciated how attentive the hotel staff were when I requested a crib for my 6-month-old. They brought it to our room promptly and without any fuss. My family and I truly cherished every moment of our stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway. We can't wait to return for another lovely experience!

The service level needs few improvements and the food quality as well. Specially the fruit juices and the thematic cuisine.

The hotel and facilities are excellent ! The food good considering that the hotel is all inclusive. But the service …. Terrible . They were trying to always find ways to get money out off you . My husband got food poisoning by the hotel , and they tried to charge 290$ for the doctor just to examine him . How comes a whole resort don’t have a doctor without a charge or a reasonable charge . I am sure that outside the hotel a doctors visit it’s not more than 20$ . Besides that they sold us a package of the preferred club . Which based on them is an exclusive experience with a personal assistant, a restaurant a pool and a side of the beach only accessible by preferred members . Little to say that no one was checking where we went and everyone had access to everything the same ( doesn’t matter is you payed the preferred price as we did ) and the personal assistant was nowhere to be found or offered any assistance worth of paying . Last two days of our stay he informed us that he has a family emergency and someone else will be taking over us . Surprise surprise no one came or informed us what happened with our new personal assistant. We get a message last minute by a guy who I guess was our assistant asking what time we will b leaving and checking out. That have been said I think you can find a much better hotel with a better price and better value for money !

This was our second time staying at Dreams Flora, and we came back because we loved it so much the first time. I would definitely consider returning again in the future. I really appreciate that the resort is on the smaller side—it’s very clean, the food is great, the landscaping is beautiful, and the staff is absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful stay overall. The only downside was our experience with room service. The app wouldn’t let us place an order, and when we called the front desk, we were transferred to the room service line, but no one picked up. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room stopped working properly on our last night, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Since it was so late and our departure was the next morning, we didn’t report it. It seemed like there might have been a broader A/C issue, as the air conditioning at the disco wasn’t working either when we visited—it was extremely hot. Fortunately, several of us mentioned it to security, and they had it resolved quickly. When booking with Expedia keep in mind you do get Preferred access. We didn’t get it until we asked about it.
