Breakfast

Everything was good except the tv kept going back to the hotel introductory unless I didn’t know how to operate it

The property, including the room, the lobby, the bar & the breakfast area are light, airy, pristine & clean. All staff members were courteous & friendly. The food was delicious, especially the breakfasts… amazing! We highly recommend a stay at this location!

Clean hotel, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent in the morning as well. Lots of options and an espresso machine was heavenly! Staff was friendly and welcoming! Great hotel. We'll definitely be back!

I recently stayed at the Element Hotel in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed—everything felt fresh and inviting. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a large bathroom. Perfect for both short and extended stays. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, with healthy and tasty options including fresh fruit, eggs, and granola. I also appreciated the eco-friendly touches throughout the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming—especially at the front desk. They made sure I had everything I needed and were happy to offer local recommendations. The location is convenient, close to Hamilton Place Mall and only a short drive to downtown Chattanooga. Bonus points for being pet-friendly and having a quiet, relaxing atmosphere despite being near the highway. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel was awesome! Very clean and well kept. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Only issue I had was if you came back after 4p there was absolutely no parking. Multiple nights we had no parking in the hotel parking lot or overflow parking lot. There are rvs taking up 5-6 spots and people with uhauls doing the same. Many people with larger vehicles are new as qqqqq

This is a very beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean all of the staff is very helpful and friendly. However, the beds are not very comfortable, but it worked for one night.

Staff was super nice and helpful checking us in. Parking area is small and congested.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities

I really like the approach - that its an extended stay that tries to make things as much like home as possible. The room set up, the environmental approach and the breakfast stood out, as did the very helpful front desk staff.

Room was very clean, employees were helpful, and breakfast was delicious!

Perfect place to stay

Loved staying here. Going forward, we will look for element hotels in any area we stay first. The rooms were clean and modern and the breakfast was perfect.
