Very easy check in...pet friendly for our fur baby!

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom could use a cleaning and was cramped. Breakfast was good and had a variety.

Was a stop over while passing through. Room was nice, but bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing. Rest of room was great. Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. But some need of repair in the elevator. Breakfast service needs more attention.

The property was fine. Nothing to rave about. My couple of issues is the lack of cleanliness in the room. Bathroom floors look like they have never been mopped. Hairs all in our towels. Stains all over our sheets and pillows. Just don’t look too hard and you’ll be fine. My keys to the room stopped working three separate times and I had to go wait at the front desk for ages to get them fixed. Not a bad place for the price but wouldn’t go out of my way to stay there again. I’ve had better experiences at similarly rated and priced hotels.

Needs updated badly, when we first checked in our first room it had been slept in and not cleaned. We went back down to front desk and they say what?? are you sure? I assured them that it had been. Just handed me a key and said nothing.

Location sucked very bad area. The tv also didn’t work the 3 nights I stayed even after calling them to fix it.

Front desk could have been more welcoming like a smile and tone of voice. Felt like we were bothering her. Elevator had no working lights so had no idea what floor we were on when doors opened.

Place was pretty basic. Some areas seem updated but need more work. I would and likely will stay again.

Room was clean, comfortable.

Computer was down. Wrote my credit card number on piece of paper following delay. That didn’t seem secure to me. First floor was loud. Hole in back of bathroom door. Bed was comfortable. Expedia’s rating was 8.0-I was expecting more, I guess.

Stayed for one night. While the room was comfortable enough the area was kind of sketchy. You had to pull into a Quality Inn to get to the hotel. Staff was nice at check in.
