Awesome location, nice staff

Very clean and comfortable room, with kitchenette facilities, in the heart of a central but trendy neighbourhood, very close to the Tribunal tube station and so extremely easy to get around Madrid. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and helped ensure we made the most of our stay.

Great location

We had a very comfortable stay at Tribu Malasana. The apartment is perfect for a stay of a few days, with a bit more space than a standard hotel room so we could prep our own breakfasts and siesta in between city exploration. The kitchen is small - suitable for prepping breakfast or making a sandwich, but not suitable for cooking - in fact they discourage it! The location is fantastic. Easy walking to the main sights and museums. We liked the neighbourhood too - plenty of great restaurants to choose from. High recommended stay here

I am very sensitive to noise and value my privacy. Know there is absolutely no sound proofing between the rooms which is problem for me especially given the price of the room. The staff was very nice and helpful, they even changed my room for a calmer one but being able to hear the neighbors talking, sneezing or coughing gets on my nerves and I did not expect that for a room at that price. Besides that the location is great, it was good looking and clean.

This is a perfect location. The hotel is great and exactly as described. Everything was very clean, and the staff was really friendly. We loved having the kitchen in the room so we could keep our own drinks and snacks. I would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant location, round the corner from tube station and Museum. Also l9vely bohemian shops. Vintage and others. Near lovely square for food and othe small eateries too. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Lovely

Exceptionally friendly staff, exceptionally clean room with tea kettle and refrigerator. Great location for exploring Madrid! Immediately across from the Metro station. Staff was especially accommodating with our early check-in after a long international flight.

The two young women at the reception desk were wonderful and so was their manager, another lady. The two guys in the evening shift were always looking at their screens and never paid attention who was going or coming. Good location, a big supermarket justtsround the corner and there are restaurants snd cafes nearby. Basically, you could easily walk just about anywhere in the center of Madrid.

El aire acondicionado es central, no lo puedes regular de manera independiente. Hacia calor en Madrid y no podía prenderlo en los grados que queríamos.
