There is only one AC in the living room, there is no AC in the bedroom.

Because the unit I rented was privately owned, the standard facilities were incomplete; there was no dispenser, even the water heater had to be requested and the next day the manager would supply it. The water heater function was for 1-2 people to shower, after which the other person showered, it no longer functioned. Breakfast could not be chosen but was ordered by the unit manager to send to the room.

In my opinion, this is not a 3-star apartment, it's better to rent the Red Doors, there's no hot water, the room isn't clean, the AC isn't cold,

Every time I go to Bandung, I stay here. The price is pocket-friendly and it's close to culinary spots.

The staff was very helpful during the check-in process. However, the room I got had a terrace door that could not be locked.

The location is okay, but the AC leaks badly, the water is heavy, the bed sheets are dirty and have holes from cigarettes, the mat in front of the toilet is dirty, the bath towel also has holes... But overall it's still okay.

There was still trash when checking in. No wifi. No connection when tethering your phone. The water was turned off because it was leaking downstairs. The shower closet was broken. The sheets smelled.

Not worth the price and not up to the apartment standards.

No smart TV, there are small cockroaches in the room and bathroom. Sheets, bolsters, pillows smell a little musty.

The gallon is empty and not refilled, the service from the staff is good and on time, not soundproof from other rooms so it's noisy, someone playing music disturbs the comfort. It's just a little less cleaned, there's still dust and no Wi-Fi. The cooking utensils are there and the gas stove works.

The cleanliness of the room was not well looked after, the sheets were full of holes and very dirty, it looked like they had not been occupied or had not been used for a long time, the room was a bit stuffy and smelly... luckily I only stayed here for one night... not recommended for long periods

the staff is not friendly, the unit does not match the photo uploaded on traveloka.. we ordered 4 units, and none of them were clean, there was no wifi, even when entering one of the units there were no electrical devices that could be turned on it should not be included in the traveloka list, or traveloka needs to review the units that are included in the selection first thank you, hopefully it can be fixed in the future

The bathroom is moldy, the room is musty, damp, worse than Oyo. I didn't sleep in the unit, I immediately booked another hotel. The bathroom is stuffy.

Bathroom leaking, bad signal, stayed 3 nights towel n mineral water never replaced, if the AC is off the room immediately smells of urine. Better choose oyo or redorz if the price is like this. Hope this helps
