The staffs in the front desk should have a pleasing personality 😅 looks like the security guard is more approachable than them.

Worst staff and agent ever! We checked in at 3, we went up at 4:15 and the door of our unit was still locked, so we waited outside the unit. It's so hot it's just stressful. worst experience!

Good location but no proper communication with the room reservation. We waited for so long in the reception when we check in and we were not given key card access so we need to call for the assistance from time to time.
