We recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Jaipur while travelling from the UK for a family wedding and booked three rooms. The hospitality was outstanding. A special mention to the FOM, his service was truly top class. Professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, he made our stay feel effortless and memorable. Also, thank you for excellent customer service and support throughout. A wonderful experience overall. We’re already looking forward to visiting again in a few months.

Staff was very sweet and friendly. Anjali and her team were very pleasant and went above and beyond with helping us during our stay. Complementary breakfast was very clean and had an amazing variety of dishes, and everything I tried hit the spot! Very prompt in delivering on requests. I was quite surprised that the room had no window or natural light, which felt unusual for a hotel in Jaipur. I believe the team may need better to balance the needs of individual guests and tour groups to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. The property's overall upkeep needs improvement, and the breakfast quality fell short of expectations. I believe they need to up their game. I will avoid this property for now

Amazing staff , especially the head chef at breakfast. We loved all the little extras, like the music , lovely afternoon tea station, bangle making, block painting and turban tying. The restaurants served delicious food. A beautiful hotel

Great peaceful escape from buzzing Jaipur at a beautiful estate. Service is attentive, always appreciate the complimentary upgrade. Complimentary high tea and art classes in late afternoon beautifully showcased Jaipur's rich arts and crafts culture.

Excellent property and excellent service! Super luxurious and amazing breakfast service. The pool is nice but you can hear the noise of the streets. Definitely will book again on my next stay in Jaipur when I go to work. The location is very convenient in Mansarovar and near the airport.

Great service and a very beautiful hotel

Arriving from vipassana meditation retreat to our surposed sound proof room that had a wedding on right out the window with a soundsystem that would wake the dead . When asked for a new room that was quiet we were offered the room bellow . ?? They honestly thought that was an option.?? After being shown 5 rooms we were finally put in the bottom floor well away from that . Until the next day .. another wedding was set up directly out our window for the day next to the pool .. so the facilities were covered with a wedding family .. It happened everyday . 5 other people staying there were never told there was to be extremely disturbing events on everyday to disturb our peace . Then to be told the price of our rooms were doubled to hopefully keep us away . We thought we were to get better service but only to be rudely expected to put up with a hotel being used as an event facilities.. When asking any management we were ignored and they spoke in hindi to each other instead of english which i find they do when sceaming .. To top it off i got food poisoning on departure for my international flight . I was there 3 days n only ate there . Showered and washed my hands often n bam. Lucky i was next to the toilet on the 2 flights . Highly disappointed at what is supported to be a high class and competent hotel chain.

We had just the one night in this hotel but found everything to our satisfaction. It was excellent value for decent rooms a good breakfast and we also had a nice meal on the rooftop.
