This hotel is catered for the local community, the food and as not high quality, the amenities are lacking, the cleanliness is lacking, the gardens and green areas are not well taken care off, the high tea is laughable, pictures are very deceiving. Overall not what you would expect from a 5 Star hotel, my wife and I were very disappointed.

Great property

This is quite possibly the finest hotel service experience I have ever encountered. Yes, the grounds are lovely, the amenities are excellent, the place is spotless. But it was the people, the staff of this hotel, who left the biggest impression. To a person, they were kind, helpful, welcoming, and profoundly concerned with meeting my needs and being of assistance. Here’s an example: my travel companion was ill and needed more cough medicine. When I went to the concierge to ask where I might buy this particular formulation, she arranged to send a hotel staff member to fetch it for me, and I was only charged the cost of the medication. I especially enjoyed the afternoon high tea, usually held in the courtyard, which included music, sometimes dancing for entertainment, and occasionally a local artisan demonstrating their skill. I have a beautiful lac bangle bracelet as a souvenir. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. SIX STARS!

Beautiful property, stunning. Loved our welcome showered with petals. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel special. The food was excellent, the spa treatments absolutely amazing. We used Pritivi, our driver from the hotel for all our excursions and he was trustworthy, friendly and such a lovely person. Loved our stay.

We recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Jaipur while travelling from the UK for a family wedding and booked three rooms. The hospitality was outstanding. A special mention to the FOM, his service was truly top class. Professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, he made our stay feel effortless and memorable. Also, thank you for excellent customer service and support throughout. A wonderful experience overall. We’re already looking forward to visiting again in a few months.

Staff was very sweet and friendly. Anjali and her team were very pleasant and went above and beyond with helping us during our stay. Complementary breakfast was very clean and had an amazing variety of dishes, and everything I tried hit the spot! Very prompt in delivering on requests. I was quite surprised that the room had no window or natural light, which felt unusual for a hotel in Jaipur. I believe the team may need better to balance the needs of individual guests and tour groups to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. The property's overall upkeep needs improvement, and the breakfast quality fell short of expectations. I believe they need to up their game. I will avoid this property for now

Amazing staff , especially the head chef at breakfast. We loved all the little extras, like the music , lovely afternoon tea station, bangle making, block painting and turban tying. The restaurants served delicious food. A beautiful hotel
