Las housekeeping m abrieron la puerta desde las 9 am fue lo único q no me gusto

Una persona de limpieza muy mala cara porque nos mandaron a una habitacion que ella estaba aun limpiando. Fue muy grosera en su forma de contestar y su mala actitud

We would never stay at this hotel if we had not arrived very late and tired. The suite we reserved was upstairs and we had 5 large suitcases from a three month stay in Mexico. Room barebones but clean, overpriced at same cost as suite.
