Im a resident at Sentral in another location in a different state and I absolutely loved this location! The rooftop pool was gorgeous, the location was walkable but you could also hop on the train and get to the other side of the city in 20 mins. Ideal location for traveling because it’s on a quieter side of town but still close to everything.

Sentral was lovely! Enjoyed our stay, self-check in was quite easy, but there is a front desk at all times (i believe) so we felt very safe! Exit and re-entry was simple and quick. Our unit was beautiful, we got a lovely view of the city, sunsets were amazing. Need a little deep clean in a few areas, but not bad overall. The pool and hot tub were open and clean. We enjoyed the sunning deck and mixed seating available for relaxing in the sunroom. Thank you Sentral! We would definitely recommend them.

From the moment we walked in, each staff greeted us and made us feel welcomed… to all the great amenities especially the pool + gym… to the cleanliness, comfort and contemporary look within our unit … and a special thanks to one of their staff Joy who was so helpful when we had to extend a day and making it work out during a busy weekend! Will absolutely return and recommend this place especially for my wedding clients for their guests or family members needing to stay in town a little longer!

My favorite place to stay in Chicago

The bedding seemed skeptical my sheets had holes in them so that felt a bit grimy, the living space on the other hand was amazing. Lots of space at a good price

This was our first visit to the property. We were so impressed we will definitely be back. The beds were comfortable and amenities were awesome. We will tell everyone how wonderful it was!

Great location across the street from Grant Park. The view was pretty! The kids loved the pool and the extra space with two bedrooms.

management was very rude, workers did know anything and gave out false information . this hotel was not accommodating at all. Additionally, they offered a upgraded room just to not allow us to stay in the upgraded room

Overall, I will definitely come back to this location. I really enjoyed the patio area the pool area and how close the stores were. My only complaint would have to be my clogged sink in my bathroom, my dirty sheet that I asked to be changed and I was told “we don’t do that”. I had to have maintenance come upstairs and light the grill for me and the fireplace on the patio never worked, but other than that everything was great! Would most definitely come back!!

Everyone was super nice and welcoming. The property and the room were very clean. My son loved the pool!

This hotel is really an apartment building whose lower floors are for renting. The workout gym is fantastic - the hot tub has a view (fireworks in the summer Wednesdays and Saturdays). The location is nice with lots of restaurants nearby - and 0.5 miles from the Art Institute. Staff were very friendly - and they should note that there really is a small convenience store/coffee stop just two doors down - for food, snacks, wine, etc!

I had to be in town for a conference. This was a nice change from the big chains. Especially having a kitchen. Was able to avoid having to go out for every meal.

This was one of THE best places we have ever stayed while in Chicago. The location was great and property was amazing! We will definitely be sating here again!

Best bang for your buck stay in the entirety of Chicago! Wonderful location, stellar amenities, and an easy check-in process!

The apartment was spacious, well maintained and equipped with everything you could need. I highly recommend the stay here!
