The room was quite comfortable. However, the room attendant didn't always check the availability of amenities. For example, when I first checked in, both the shower gel and shampoo were supposed to be full. However, when I took a shower, the shower gel was empty, so I had to use shampoo. The elevators weren't programmed to be connected to each other, so to go up or down, I had to press each button individually.
