impeccable front desk service, room cleaning is excellent, and the kitchenette with the larger fridge and separate freezer is super convenient. beds were a litter firmer than I prefer, shampoo/body soap was a bit lacking, and laundry works fine, but takes forever (although to be expected with smaller combined washer/dryers of that type). This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area.

Well equipped, clean apart hotel in a nice area. Great location for families with lots of restaurants and a couple of parks nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great place for a family of 4 to retreat to after busy days in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.

We stayed for 14 nights with a group of 4 adults. We had around 7 suitcases amongst us. Size-wise, this accommodation was just right for us, giving us enough space to do our own things. The hotel staff were incredibly courteous and they spoke fluent English, making the hotel foreigner-friendly. We did have to call the front desk due to an issue with the laundry machine, but they immediately came and resolved the issue within 10 minutes of the call. The entire hotel was very clean, and we never once heard the neighbors around us through the walls or ceilings. We partook in the sake tasting activity, but aside from that there were many fun things for young children to do as well. The location is also very nice. There were plenty of restaurants and close by train station entrances as well. It’s very close to a Family Mart, drug store, and supermarket. We didn’t take advantage of it, but they offer a taxi service directly to the airport, even for larger groups with more bags. All-in-all, we had an amazing experience at this hotel and highly recommend it to larger groups and families.

This hotel was super clean and quiet. The room was massive and so comfortable. The kids loved it!!!

We were greeted by a warm welcome and an earlier check in by 2 hours which was really appreciated. Near the reception area they had an activities section geared for kids. The rooms are clean and spacious. All the kitchen facilities if you choose to use them. Good for families. Be aware that this place is situated in Ningyocho and not Nihombashi. Not that it was a bad thing, but whilst Nihombashi is close to Tokyo station, Ningyocho is an extra 10-15 minute walk away. Having said that, we've stayed in all parts of Tokyo in the past and we like how this area doesn't feel touristy at all and retains it's authentic Japanese charm. The metro entrance to the 2 lines - Asakusa and Hibiya line. For those going to Haneda international, this Asakusa line will take you straight there as it turns into the Keiku line. Very convenient as the train is much less than taking a taxi to the airport. Approximately 550Yen compared to 11000Yen.

Amazing stay for our family of 5. Wonderful bilingual staff. Clean rooms. Activities for kids in the lobby were nice for slow mornings. Family Mart right next door. Easy access to train stop. Highly recommend!

Staff was great. Bryan was totally awesome. So polite and knowledgable. Very pleasant. 2 bedroom Rooms were perfect. My.son is a family.of 4 so he took the room with the bunk beds Having 2 bathrooms and a washer & dryer was so nice. Everyone family had their own space with a common area. Great hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel was a perfect stay for our family of 6. It was in a great location and was very close to convenience stores and grocery stores. The staff was more than helpful and we felt very comfortable at this location. I would stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Family loved the trip. Plus love that the dryer washer works and pajamas given meant less clothes washed on our long adventure. Will stay again. Oh the Mimaru to Mimaru luggage same day delivery is so good.

Family trip (4 adults, 1 baby). 2 bedroom suite was perfect. Great location that was central for trips around Tokyo. Staff is amazing. Would stay again and will be staying at Osaka location later this same trip.

They have 2 bedroom suites that could accommodate 6 persons and has washer/dryer in the suite. Good location, 5 minutes walk to train stations, plenty of options for dinner and lunch. Some cool activities for kids at the lobby. They dont provide snack or any other afternoon snacks, but they provide sake testing each night.

Great accommodations for families

Room was pristine and spacious, quiet and perfect for families. Close to Tokyo station and family mart next store perfect for stocking up on water/quick food options. Highly recommend for families.

I cannot describe the way that Mimaru suites treated us on our Japan trip I was very nervous traveling to Japan because of the language barrier. Right when we arrived at the hotel, they made us feel like at home. They need your names and they were very friendly with me and my family. We are a family of six with four kids. And they treated us like royalty..
