Pros: if you stay in level D you will have a great view on each side of the island. Good shower and great balcony. Good location, just outside the hustle and bustle of the village. Staff is accommodating. You burn 90 kcal everytime you go up the stairs 😊 Cons: we could hear loud music every night until early hours because of the beach parties. It echoes all the way up to the hills. Room is very basic and not soundproof. We had an unpleasant surprise with our neighbours waking us up in the middle of the night with suspicious noises... In addition, the wifi wasn't working when we were there which was pretty annoying! Conclusion: We thought that it was a bit expensive for what it provided. But it was in high season and Phi Phi is expensive!

The staff are lovely, helped with baggage from the pier all the way to the room which was the top floor. Be aware, the levels go from A-D and we were put on the very top floor which was hundreds of steps. It's very out of the way which makes it a bit more quieter of a place to stay. The room was basic but we had a fantastic view of both of the beachs and islands from the balcony! The only other criticism is that there was work being done outside of our room in the morning which woke us up on one of the days.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the beautiful view from our balcony overlooking the bay—it made our mornings and evenings especially relaxing. The room itself was simple but nice, and the air-conditioning worked very well, which we appreciated. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and tended to creak with every movement, and there are quite a lot of stairs leading up to the hotel. We didn’t mind the climb, but it’s worth noting for anyone with mobility issues. The reception staff were very kind and welcoming. When it started raining, they even offered us umbrellas, which was a thoughtful touch and really helpful.

I recently stayed here with by friend. The view is great from this hotel. You will get an overview of the island from your room balcony itself. Only downside is you have to take a long walk from pier and climb stairs. But the staff member picked our luggage from the pier to our hotel room and back to pier after checkout which was nice and much needed. It is also not in the middle of some of the busiest lanes in phi phi so you will get a good quiet sleep with some good view.

Not the most glamorous stay, I’d give this a two-night stay maximum. You need to be ok with climbing loads of steps to reach the hotel reception, and then a few more to reach your room. Our door did not close properly, it barely locked and still had a crack in it so it was never fully shut. It was very broken. Every night we heard BLARING music until 4-5am coming from a bar or beach bar below. Please bring ear plugs. We could also hear other rooms closing their doors or climbs up the stairs from others if you’re laying in bed. Also, the room did not come with hand soap. The shower had very little water pressure. However, they have someone help to bring your bags from the dock in a trolley and then carry them all the way up the steps to the hotel , and when you check out they can do this all again for you. Very handy. The balcony is nice. Friendly staff as well. Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap stay that’s slightly away from the busy phi phi streets, it’s not a bad option. Just be weary about the base music coming from wherever at night.
