It was not the name “IBIS.” It was the face . Each employee I encountered provided the beat service she/he could offer.

Room is spotless and polite staff members, the food is amazing.

Gave me wrong room on first night yet still charged for superior room / high floor even though had standard room on 2nd floor. Restaurant forgot my order 2 nights in row even though they weren’t busy.

While the location may be convenient, the rooms are incredibly cramped and do not offer value for the price. More concerning is the noticeable moldy odor coming from the beds and linens, which made for an uncomfortable and unsettling stay

The room was tiny and somewhat dingy. The food was just average. Location is bad (not their fault - due to ongoing road works). The front Office staff were friendly and helpful, though.

Good hotel, small rooms and surrounding area not great

Small but clean room. Hot water for shower with good water pressure. Excellent service at reception, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Breakfast was buffet and they also made customised dosas and omelettes on demand. They offered 1 pm checkout for free and had amenities on hand, including a comb. Very happy with the stay.

Price is good considering the prices at other hotels. Hotel is fine but limited. Electricity outages last 10 seconds but are fairly frequent. Breakfast is mediocre. Room is small but actually fine and clean. Personnel are polite and helpful. Area around is not that great. Not terrible. Just used to the traffic!

It was a good place to stay , several shops and good bar restaurants at just walking distance from the hotel

Reasonable price for the location, decent food. The area felt some industrial pollution in the air early morning upon checkin to room. Otherwise, I still like this place for next visit.

Good location and dinning options with buffet for vegetarian. Staff helpful. Only Disappointment requested non smoking room but had to get staff to change room as non smoking room provided was full of smoke.

The customer service is amazing . They pay attention to each and every request sincerely and try to assist. While the food is good . The breakfast buffet was disappointing.. overall good accessibility since I came on business trip it worked for me

Great service. Clean modern rooms and decent food. Defiantly better service and experience than other Ibis hotels I’ve stayed at.

Found the restaurant conducive to good business meeting venue. While big screen TVs were on the sound was off. This aided for great conversation. Great location for my meetings.
