We checked in at 21.40. When I made an appointment with the Travelio officer, I had to wait about 10 minutes. But that's not the worst. My husband parked first while the kids and I went up to the unit. Then, I asked the officer to immediately pick up my husband in the lobby, he was tired because we were from out of town. This officer was negligent. My husband waited in the lobby for almost 30 minutes. The reason from the officer was that he charged his cellphone next to the lobby so he didn't see my husband. Even though I already explained in the chat the location where my husband was waiting. No matter how good the unit is, when staff from Travelio have service quality like this, there is disappointment. Can't Travelio employ more professional, better officers? Because this one is very serious. He didn't prepare the unit properly (gas ran out, TV channels couldn't be used). This made me give up ordering a unit from Travelio.
