Very friendly service, clean hotel rooms

Lack of maintenance, dirty and dull furniture, windows are a bit difficult to open and close and the locks are broken, no doormats are provided, little breakfast variety.

So far it's been quite satisfying

When I wanted to check in, it was already late at night and I requested a lower floor. The staff was very helpful and I got a room on the lower floor. The room was spacious and there were lots of food choices, it was also close to Domino's, MCD and Burger... It was safe.

Only the 1st floor... and the 4th floor... and even then it's not comfortable. The other 3 floors are under maintenance... and it could take days, according to the receptionist. We'll see if it's available on the weekend, if it's possible, then it's intentional.

This hotel has a great location in prime area of Bogor city, and as an old hotel building it also has spacious rooms, but it absolutely need major refurbished at least by replace its carpet flooring & rooms soundproofing system.

The room is spacious and clean, but the AC is not cold enough at night.
