Comfortable, located in an alley and if you want to look for food it's a bit far from the location

It was very relaxing staying at Urbanview Syariah, as I prefer/prefer staying in Sharia hotels over conventional hotels. I feel more comfortable staying at Sharia hotels, even though star-rated hotels offer more luxurious amenities. And I felt satisfied with my stay here. I also considered developing local MSMEs. This building also houses the Bank Kalbar Dapen Pontianak Training Center. The hotel's front office is located on the 2nd floor, while the 1st floor is used as a hall for events. The stairs are used because it's only a three-story building, so an elevator isn't needed. I stayed on the 2nd floor the first day, and the 3rd floor the next day. The room size and amenities were exactly the same, no difference. The room was quite spacious, clean, and the water heater and kettle worked well. That photo shows the front view from below, and the parking area is from the 3rd floor. 3. I was on duty for three days in Pontianak City, working at the West Kalimantan Provincial BPMP (Education and Training Agency) and the Pontianak City Education Office. I stayed two nights at Urbanview on the third day, taking the time to visit a friend's home/school in Kubu Raya. I was on my way back to Jakarta at 2:00 PM. Thank you, Urbanview. It was definitely worth staying here, especially considering the affordable price. I will stay here again if I'm on duty/visiting Pontianak City.

It is very relaxing to stay at this hotel, because I prefer to stay/prefer in Sharia Hotels than General/Conventional Hotels. And of course it helps develop local UMKM. Calm atmosphere, spacious rooms, cleanliness is maintained, water heater and kettle work well. It is not a problem to use the stairs because it is only a 3-story building. so it does not need an elevator. The Front Office is located on the 2nd floor because the 1st floor is for the Hall. I stayed the first day on the 2nd floor, the next day I tried to stay on the 3rd floor, the room size and facilities are exactly the same, no different. That photo is the front view seen from below and also the parking area seen from the 3rd floor room. During my 3-day assignment in Pontianak city, I stayed 2 nights at Urbanview, because on the third day I returned to Jakarta. Thank you Urbanview, it is very worth staying here especially considering the affordable price offered.

The room was a bit dirty, the sheets were thin, not as clean as in the photos.

The inn does not have an elevator, got a room on the 3rd floor. The guest's luggage was not carried by the staff. And unexpectedly when checking in, the ID card was held at the reception 😏

The AC and TV also functioned well, for those who don't like the cold, they will definitely be cold. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, next time if you have business in Pontianak and need to stay overnight, just book here, the price is also very affordable.
