Friendly staff, strategic location near Senen Station

Bad hotel, bad service. In front of customers, fighting with fellow workers, embarrassing. Can be cruel to let customers wait a long time to check in, especially from a star hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Leaking water taps, dirty, already fed up and not impressed. Improve the service, appearance, and good communication with customers.

It's just a shame the water is small. It's satisfying to take a bath.

Minus in the bathroom, from the sink faucet, shower, need to be repaired.

The room is comfortable, clean, and tidy. Unfortunately, the Wifi on the 2nd floor doesn't work, even though there should be free Wifi.

The location is very close to Pasar Senen station. In front of the hotel there are also many people selling culinary delights. Really worth it for those of you who want to transit for a while while waiting for departure.

Pretty close to all the main roads and shopping and stations. It's really fun.

The check out section is a bit tricky 🤭 for transit it's ok. Take a nearby train.

The shower doesn't come out with water, it's really hard to take a shower.

The place is clean, the rooms are good and the service is recommended. Later we will go to Central Jakarta and go there again.

The hotel staff was friendly, even though we checked in late and went out late.
