Location was perfect! Pool has an amazing view. Hotel seems new and clean. Very modern! Kids enjoyed it very much as well.

Excelente hotel y muy cerca de todo. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos ahí, cuentan con instalaciones nuevas, el personal es muy atento y el edificio en si, huele muy bien

El hotel es excelente, con muy buena ubicación, muy cerca a las letras de Mazatlan. Te recomiendo reservar cuarto con vista al MAR no te vas a arrepentir, vale la pena pagar un poco mas. El area de el alberca es de lo mejor con el agua calentita lo cual nos encantó, y la vista hacia el mar y el malecón es de lo mejor! El cuarto tiene todo lo que necesitamos y estaba todo muy limpio. Nos sorprendió cada detalle dentro de la habitación. Todo el personal tanto de limpieza, recepción, bar y seguridad muy amables y atentos. El hotel huele riquísimo desde que ingresas. También nos entregaron el cuatro un poco antes del check in, lo cual fue muy conveniente para nosotros porque tenemos niños. Pedimos servicio al cuarto y la comida muy rica. Si vienes en familia te va encantar este hotel porque lo tiene todo, Definitivamente será nuestro hotel siempre que vengamos a Mazatlán.

Perfect place

The outdoor infinity pool was tiny maybe 15 feet by 20 ft. The kiddie pool was really part of it and adults and kids were all together in basically a wading pool 3 ft deep. Usually super crowded with 10 people or more. Yeah our room faced the ocean and the malicon but forget ocean sounds. People were drinking and partying all night long. Sounds ? You might be sitting in the dinning room and suddenly workers are hammer drilling.. Complain ? They tell you to take your food away ! Similar things happen when you are in your room...loud banging for 10-15 mins at a time. Don't stay anywhere near malecon. Go a mile further west where the sea of cortes starting. Better hotels and beaches. Many cafes. Quieter.

All of the staff are amazing

All the staff were friendly however the breakfast buffet was kind of expensive for the type of food. Not much to choose and not good quality food. The water in the swimming pool was not clean. The curtains of our room was in very bad condition, the restroom with bad smell. The glass shower door not working well. We had to put a bottle of shampoo on the floor to can keep it closed. Lot of little things that at the end make us to decide not to book in this hotel again. Thank you.

Hotel is located near Mazatlan letters, just cross the street and you also have beach access. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel for 1 full week of February in Carnaval Mazatlan 2026. It was the best hotel choice we made and will be back to Varali. Rooftop pool was amazing and sunrise and sunset views from the pool were priceless. Hotel room was clean and comfortable bed, everything inside room worked fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.
