The staff is friendly, the facilities are worth it for that price!!

Parking is cramped, but that's okay. Because I don't have a vehicle. Can't expect much from the facilities. Suitable for work purposes, only used for resting according to its function

The sheet is not clean. I got itchy all over my body. I requested the room with balcony but they give the non balcony room. The receptionist attitude is not giving. Will never back to this hotel again 🙏🏻

The facility name is Urbanview HOTEL, but FYI this is more like a guesthouse. The room is cramped and has minimal facilities. Carrying a lot of stuff will be difficult, because there is no staff to help and no trolley. Those who can't stand cigarette smoke, will have difficulty going in and out, because they are smoking near the entrance. The location is okay.

Friendly staff, room facilities also include mineral water, toothbrush, soap and towels. The location is good, close to Palmerah station and Palmerah Market, if you go to GBK, it's also quite a distance. The sheets are a bit dirty with white spots, the AC is cold... but overall it's comfortable for transit.

A fairly comfortable experience while staying at the Urbanview Slipi Inn Palmerah Hotel, which is certainly close to Palmerah Station. Hopefully in the future if you stay again you can get a room upstairs, because the 'yellow' cellular signal is rather weak if it is downstairs (1st floor). The AC is very cold and hot water is also available.

The hotel is quite small. The room's smell likes an old building and is very humid, maybe that's the smell came from. The bathroom has no exhaust, so the floor was still wet all night long. There is no desk or chair. There is no lift also. The wifi has a poor signal, I used my own internet but it said no service. And the price is too expensive for what I got.

The room is nice and comfortable, the bathroom is also quite spacious. It's just a shame that when I entered the room, I smelled an unpleasant odor like animal feces, I looked for the source of it, I thought it came from the trash can near the bathroom. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the air as well, because honestly this is quite disturbing. The rest is okay, both the location and the interior design of the room. Thank you.
