Had a bad experience here. The way the staff in the chat group texted back was disrespectful to customers. They also provided customer support but the service was bad and the attitude was not good.

I book this home for 31st august, and then the owner ask me if they can move me in another home in district 1. Okay, but when I check in, the home is just so bad. No toothbrush. Run out of body wash. No hot water. The rest room smell so bad. I check in at 7pm and then leave early at 9am because the condition of this house is bad. Not recomm.

The most boring apartment ever. The price is high and the room is terrible. I don't dare stay a second day even though I've paid for 2 days. I couldn't sleep well all night and the bed is low and the blanket is dirty.

Beautiful city view and great environment to be in. Staff is very accommodative and helpful. Highly recommended for solo & couples to blend in Ho Chi Minh City and still stay in a very protective environment.

From check-in to check-out, the process was simple and straightforward. The apartment was well furnished, quiet, centrally located with all the amenities you could want: swimming, bars and restaurants, coffee shops, gym, shopping, and a gorgeous park for a casual evening stroll. I highly recommend it to anyone or family who's looking to stay in Saigon for any duration.

Everything looks good, the apartment is on the 35th floor, fully furnished and luxurious, the apartment is super spacious and new, the infinity pool makes me unable to leave this place. I then extended my stay for 1 more night and not according to the original plan because the infinity swimming pool here makes me very excited.

Nice view from the window. The host tries to quickly resolve emerging minor issues. I can recommend it for a short stay.

The property was clean and comfortable, it felt like home. The location was really convenient with shops, restaurants, and parks.

Doris is a top host. The one-bedroom apartments were full, and she was able to put me in a 2-bedroom with amazing views. Thanks Doris.

The view from the room window is very nice, and the room size, arrangement, and cleanliness are good.

The customer service is not good. I wanted to find someone to guide me to the location but no one assisted. Calling the hotline, no one picked up the phone, so I had to give up the advance payment and couldn't check in. Wondering why such a big app is doing so strangely, I can't get a room and no one contacts me to support??
