You are not allowed to use the swimming pool and gym without prior notice from the staff. Before check-in date, contact was not answered. Old furniture. Bored. Towels have a bad smell.

It can be said that everything is good here. Get support and quick help from the owner when checking in until checking out. Reasonable room rates and location right in the city center. Very convenient for everything.

Planned for this place for our wedding anniversary and kept it as a surprise for my wife. He (we) absolutely loved the place, the interior deco (photo worthy at every nook and corner so get your cameras ready!), the ambiance, and the cleanliness. The parking is right in front of the unit, so accessibility was easy. The unit entrance porch is a lovely spot to hang out while enjoying the cold sea breeze. The host even had prepared welcome drinks and snacks for us! The balcony is facing the river, so we enjoyed the breeze plus the river and city view. The entire unit interior deco is super gorgeous and lovely! The bathroom is spacious, super clean, and has body shower/shampoo dispenser. We had such a pleasant stay, and I have to say that this is definitely one of the best homestays worth every single penny. Highly recommended for couples!

CHEAT!!! DO NOT BOOK A ROOMS HERE!!! The room is not like the photo, dirty and smelly. The room had a terrible smell. Bed sheets are old and dirty. Black moldy sofa. I sent a message asking the lessor to handle it but they didn't reply. I had to ask traveloka for help in contacting them, they told traveloka that I checked in at 2PM but at 10PM they said the room was foul so they did not handle it. But actually I checked in at 9:30 PM and the rental company knew that because when I checked in they came to help me get the room card. Yet blatantly lied that I checked in at 2PM.

Everything is good, the interior looks well, the view of the city at night is very beautiful.

The room was clean and there were plenty of bath towels available, which was very helpful even though it was for one person. The pool and gym were easy to use and the price was reasonable.

Vị trí giáp quận 1, dễ dàng đi bộ lên phố Nguyễn Huệ, chúng tôi đi bộ tầm 10p. Chỗ ở gần sông nên rất thoáng và mát mẻ. Dưới nhà có nhiều tiện ích, có ngân hàng. Tôi rất thích nơi này.
