The hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are soundproof, but if a traveler walks, they can be heard.

There was a misunderstanding but it was resolved. Overall it was a good stay, nothing major to be complained about. The location is great, foods, supermarkets, and sightseeings are nearby. I can recommend anyone to stay here while in Hanoi.

I was relocated to another location not the same place as the destination, same Madelise name but different location, they paid for my taxi though

Nice hotel! But Roundry is careful. Guess brand trousers won't even be taken back by Roudry, who knows good trousers are expensive. For those who want to rough it, check again when you come home from washing.

The hotel is located in the old town, so it is convenient to visit and eat. Nice room, staff is really very very cute. If the room has a ventilation fan, it's better than 100,000 VND. The staff is really sweet and enthusiastic. People can ask the receptionist for help. This is my first time coming to Hanoi, thank you very much.

Highly recommended! Julie is the best, she shows me everything about Hanoi old quarter. I feel like as my home. Location is good as well. It 's easy to find some things to buy or to eat.
