Every time I stay at this hotel, I make a reservation via the TRAVELOKA app requesting a quiet, private room, and the hotel has always accommodated this request. In fact, I found guests who stayed in the opposite room with child who have been making noise throughout the evening. The hotel should have screening measures to manage the rooms, by placing guests with young children in zones that will cause the least amount of disturbance to other guests.

The parking is limited and not consistent with the number of accommodations, causing problems in using the parking lot. The hotel owner has shifted the burden of solving the problem to customers. I have stayed here many times and think that I will not come back again because of the attitude of the owner.
