Friendly staff, the best, thank you

The hotel is clean, the facilities are also okay for this price. It's just a shame, yesterday I got a mattress that was not only not soft, but it was spring all I felt, to the point I couldn't sleep. Hopefully in the future it will be replaced for the mattress that is no longer good

The staffs at this hotel are stolen 200 usd from my bag. When I was not in the room, they sneaked into the room and took it. I knew I had a lot of money so I asked not to clean the room but they still came in. I had 2 bags, each bag had 1500 usd, they took a 100 dollar bill from each bag. They did that so I didn't notice when I was there. When I got to the airport I found out, the hotel owner promised to check the cameras to find the thief but then he didn't do it.

Worst experience ever! Check in time at 2pm. Room was not ready when I reached hotel at 3.30pm. Waited for another 1 hour to get room ready. Because only 1 staff working that day. So he does cleaning & also receptionist. Crazy! Toilet & room also dirty. We even ask for new bedsheet because the previous one was smelly. Believe they didn't change it because rush to clean up another room 🤮. Management please improve! Especially on the staff shortage & service, thanks!
