location in the middle of pratunam market, cleanliness and service below standard

good location n good service

The pictures are totally different from real..the hotel is quite old, the bed is squeaky, but the location is near to pratunam market,McDonald's ,platinum & December..

The place is really great and easily walkable to the most recommended places. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious.

I booked a double room, but when I got there they said they only had single rooms left because I was traveling alone. I refused, so the hotel gave me a double room.

Tempat strategis saya suka dan bersih.

Type kamar yg saya dapat pada saat check in tidak sama dengan apa yg saya beli di Traveloka, pihak hotel beralasan kamar habis/penuh. Kemudian setelah saya masuk kamar saya celana dalam tergantung ditoilet, dari situ terlihat kalo toiletnya tidak dibersihkan. Lobby hotel juga amat sangat berbeda dengan foto di Traveloka, banyak sekali karung besar belanjaan. Overall, I am very disappointed with ABCYQ hotel
